  1. Drink more water-

Many of us do not drink water enough every day. Water is very important for our bodily functions. About 60% of our body consists of water. Water is also needed for the body to remove waste, carry nutrients and even oxygen to the whole body. Due to the fact we lose a lot of water per day due to urinating, bowel movements, breathing, and perspiration, we should remember to replenish our water intake. The food we eat gives about 20% of our water intake, which means we need to drink at least 8 to 11 glasses per day.

 

  1. Eat more fruits and vegetables-

Fruits we eat have lots of vitamin and minerals. As much as you can, you should feed your vitamins and minerals in your daily diet. Satisfy yourself by eating fruits such as watermelon, apricots, apple, avocado, kiwi, guava, strawberries. These fruits and minerals are very important for your health. Researcher’s advice to individuals is to eat at least 5 to 9 serving o fruits or vegetables in a day, but sometimes it can be very difficult to eat vegetables every day. If you are willing to eat, then eat vegetables like kidney beans, asparagus, long beans, black beans, carrots and green beans in your daily diet. Fruits and vegetables that are bright in color are very good for health as they remove the damaged cells in our body.

 

  1. Meditation-

It is very nice to meditate on a regular basis. Meditation can help your mind to relax and calm your soul. Meditating also helps you to deal with and even manage the stress factor in your life. If you do not know how to meditate, you can learn them by going for courses or watching it online.

 

  1. Get enough sleep-

Lack of sleep can lead you in getting health problems like obesity, diabetes and also heart disease. It can even affect the immune system that leads you to get cold and flu diseases. It is very important to get more sleep, and you can do many things to sleep better at night. Try avoiding stimulant foods like nicotine and caffeine before going to bed. Alcohol is well-known to put you to rest but to drink just before sleep time can disturb your sleep in midway through the night as the body will start to process the alcohol.

 

  1. Exercise regularly-

If you are willing to exercise, make sure you do it every day. Moving around with your body is the key to a healthy life. It can even help you increase your lifespan and also the risk of any diseases. It can also help you to develop higher bone density and even lose weight.
